MikoCare Systems™ has developed two participatory systems for observing, exploring, and changing how we relate to experience.
Both are designed to work with tools and forms people already use. No new platform is required.
Both may be practiced privately. Public sharing or publication is optional.
All By My Selfies™
A visual self-witnessing system for noticing perception, state, identity, and change over time.
A selfie may include the face, body, environment, detail, shadow, object, or whatever the participant chooses to place in the frame. Words and interpretation are optional.
The practice may remain entirely private. Sharing and publication are optional.
Living Novel System™
A participatory system for using authorship, story, and world-building to explore perception and possibility, especially during periods of change.
It can include personal biography, fictionalization, journaling, poetry, haiku, scenes, dialogue, images, links, digital media, and other forms. The novel and anti-novel structures allow lived experience to be encountered from different angles, recast, and revised as new information emerges.
Publishing is optional. A Living Novel may remain entirely private, be shared selectively, or become a published work.
